I am the founder and Research Lead of ONSET (Odreman’s Nursing Scholarship Education Team), where I provide strategic vision and scholarly leadership and oversee all research conducted by the team. In this role, I mentor team members and student volunteers, ensure scholarly rigour, and advance nursing education research that directly informs teaching practice and patient outcomes.
In addition to my research leadership, I serve as the Program Coordinator for the Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Niagara College’s School of Nursing. I am also certified as a Canadian Nurse Educator, a Canadian Simulation Nurse Educator, and a Simulation Certificate Program Instructor with the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN).
