I am an undergraduate nursing student in the Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program at the Myhal School of Nursing, Niagara College. As a Team Research Assistant, I support the design, development, implementation, and dissemination of assigned ONSET projects. Furthermore, I assist the team in knowledge translation, presentations, and manuscript preparation. I support the Principal Investigator and help maintain consistency in research procedures, team operations, and project execution.

My research interests include simulation-based learning and the integration of technological advancements into nursing practice and education. I am particularly interested in narrowing the gap between theory and practice by creating more immersive learning experiences across diverse environments. Additionally, I am interested in exploring how technology can be implemented within communities to reduce disparities among populations.

I view research as an opportunity to contribute to something greater than myself. Exploring how small changes in the learning process can lead to meaningful real-world impact is especially important to me. Working within the research team allows us to support one another while discovering innovative ways to advance healthcare and contribute to a stronger future for healthcare providers.
